Who we are

This site and The Stress-Free Thanksgiving Plan are run by Below the Video, based in the Netherlands. For anything on this page, email support@belowthevideo.com.

When you buy

Checkout is run by our online reseller, the company named on the checkout page. It collects your payment details, and we never see your card number. It passes us your name, your email address, your country and the details of your order.

We use these only to deliver your files, answer your emails and handle refunds. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to a mailing list.

When you email us

We receive your email address and your message, and use them to reply.

This website

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. It sets no advertising cookies and loads no trackers. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page and keep the site safe.

How long we keep it

We keep order details for as long as tax and bookkeeping rules require, and emails for as long as we are in contact. After that we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email support@belowthevideo.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or to the authority where you live.
