What exactly do I get?

9 downloads, in the order you use them: Start Here, the 54-recipe cookbook, the same cookbook in large print, the planner workbook, Your Thanksgiving Plan (4 complete menus, shopping lists, a 7-day countdown, a make-ahead guide, an oven and stovetop planner and minute-by-minute schedules for Thanksgiving Day), printables to fill in, a troubleshooting guide, leftover recipes with a storage guide, and a 1950s menu. It is all digital: nothing is shipped.

Do I need to print it?

No. Everything reads well on a phone or tablet. Most people print the schedule for their dinner time and the shopping list, and keep the rest on a screen. The Start Here guide tells you which pages to print for your menu.

Is it too late to start?

The plan starts on the day you open it. Two to three weeks out is ideal for the turkey order, but the 7-day countdown begins the Friday before Thanksgiving, and the day schedules only need Thursday.

I'm hosting for the first time, or only for four.

The Small & Cozy menu is written for 4 to 6 guests, a small kitchen or a first-time host. Every recipe lists its servings, so you can scale any dish.

Some of my guests don't eat meat.

The cookbook has a Mushroom Wellington main that can share the oven with the turkey, plus vegetarian sides. Two of the 12 leftover recipes are vegetarian. The Menu Planner has room to note each guest's dietary needs.
