Who we are

The Stress-Free Thanksgiving Plan is made and offered by Below the Video, based in the Netherlands. You can reach us at support@belowthevideo.com. We answer within 3 business days, usually sooner.

What you buy

The Stress-Free Thanksgiving Plan is a digital download: 16 files, made up of PDF documents and a planner workbook for Excel or Google Sheets. It contains the All the Trimmings cookbook with 54 recipes in a standard and a large-print edition, 4 complete menus, shopping lists, a 7-day countdown, Thanksgiving Day schedules and the other guides described on the sales page. Nothing is shipped.

Price and payment

The price is $39 (US dollars), paid once. There is no subscription. Any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live is shown at checkout before you pay.

Your order is processed by our online reseller, the company named on the checkout page. It is the Merchant of Record for your order: it takes the payment, handles the tax, sends your receipt and gives you access to the files. Its own terms apply to the payment.

Delivery

You get a download link right after payment, in your receipt email. The same link lets you download the files again later. If the link does not arrive or does not work, email us and we will sort it out.

Refunds

If the plan is not for you, email support@belowthevideo.com within 7 days of buying and you get a full refund. The refund goes back to the way you paid.

Using the files

The files are for your own household. You may print them and use them on your own devices as often as you like. Please do not share, resell or publish the files or their contents. The recipes and text are our own work.

In the kitchen

Cook with care. Follow the safe internal temperatures given in the recipes, keep hot food hot and cold food cold, and check each recipe against your own guests' allergies and diets. We are not responsible for how a dish turns out in your kitchen.

The law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page on the day you bought.
